Eligibility: Students in the Class

separate applications to be submitted together. Be an Arizona resident and have
lived here for 3 months prior to applying. Be a U.S. citizen or eligible

Elks National Foundation Most Valuable Student
Eligibility: Any high school senior who
is a citizen of the United States is eligible to apply. Applicants need
not be related to a member of the Elks. College students are not eligible
to apply. Applicants must be citizens of the United States on the date
their applications are signed; permanent legal resident status does not
qualify. Male and female students compete separately.
Requirements: Submit application found

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship Program
Eligibility:
·
Senior standing – Plan to graduate from a U.S. high school in spring 2017.
·
Fall College Enrollment – Intend to enroll in an accredited four-year
college beginning in fall 2017.
·
GPA – Earn a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above.
·
Test Scores – Receive standardized test scores in the top 15%: SAT combined
critical reading and math score of 1200 or above and/or ACT composite
score of 26 or above.
·
Income – Demonstrate significant unmet financial need. We will consider
applicants with family income up to $95,000. However, we anticipate that a
majority of scholarship recipients will be eligible to receive a Pell grant.
Application: The College Scholarship
Program application is available to students only during their senior year. The
application opens in September and closes in November. The applications are
reviewed December through February, and final notifications are made in
mid-March.

Air Force
ROTC Scholarship
Eligibility: Seniors who are US citizens
(or will be by the start of your first semester at college), will graduate in
May 2017, at least 17 years of age within the first semester of the year you
will enter college, min. GPA of 3.0 (end of junior year), min. SAT
score of 1180 (reading/math) or ACT composite score of at
least 26.
Requirements: Complete on-line
application including personal statement and interview.
Obligation: Applying for an Air Force
ROTC scholarship does not obligate you in any way. As a scholarship recipient
though, you obligate yourself when you sign an agreement with the United States
Air Force. If you are under legal age in the state where the school is located,
your parent or legal guardian signs this agreement. You will agree to:

Enroll in the academic major in which the scholarship is offered.
·
Enlist in the Air Force Reserve and enroll in Air Force ROTC
beginning with the 2016 fall term.
·
Satisfactorily complete a four-week summer Field
Training course at an Air Force base (normally scheduled between your
sophomore and junior years).
·
Accept a commission as an Air Force officer.
·
Serve at least four years on active duty.

Achievement Scholarship
Eligibility:

Be United States citizens or legal residents living or claiming
residency in one of the 50 united states, Washington, D.C. or Puerto Rico.
·
Be current high school seniors who plan to enroll full-time in an
accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States for
the entire 2017-2018 academic year.
·
Demonstrate ambition and self-drive as evidenced by outstanding
achievement in school, community or work-related activities.
·
Because reducing risk is woven into the fabric of our company, special
consideration is given to achievements that empower society to mitigate risk
through education and/or action in areas such as financial, environmental,
health, safety and/or emergency preparedness.

Amount: The AXA Achievement
Scholarship is awarded to 52 students nationwide – one selected from each
state, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. Each state winner receives a
scholarship award of $10,000. From that pool of 52 winners, ten are selected as
national winners and receive an additional $15,000, bringing the national AXA
Achievers’ total scholarship awards to $25,000 each.

Eligibility:
In order
to be eligible for the Foot Locker Scholar Athletes program, the applicant

team or be involved in after-school sports (e.g. intramurals, martial arts,

Healthcare Scholarship Program 2016
Eligibility:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of
disbursement.

Applicants must be US citizens.
·
Applicants must be in full time education at the time that the
scholarship is awarded.

Applicants must write and submit an essay in English of between
750 and 1000 words on the topic “Why I Want Pursue a Career in the Healthcare
Field”.

Applicants must submit an essay that is original and entirely
their own work. Any essay that contains plagiarized content or false

Eligibility: Students applying to ASU

American University Scholarships
Eligibility: Seniors who are Arizona
residents admitted to ASU. This is a merit based
(GPA, test
scores) scholarship with no financial need requirements.
Requirements: Students are automatically
considered for this award when they are
admitted
to ASU. No separate application is required, but all admission application
materials
(admission application, official transcripts, test scores, and application fee)
must
be on
file with the ASU Undergraduate Admissions Office to be considered for this
award.

Army ROTC
Scholarship
Eligibility: Seniors who are US
citizens, will graduate in May 2017, at least 17 years of age within the first
semester of the year you will enter college, min. GPA of 2.5, min. SAT score of
920 (reading/math) or ACT composite score of at least 19. You may be asked to
have your physical ability to be assessed.

meeting all other requirements you will be commissioned as a second lieutenant
and be required to serve on active duty for a minimum of 4 years and 4 years

Eligibility:

Be of Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity as defined by the

Micronesia and the Republic of Palau are also eligible to apply

Business Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship is offered to Juniors and Seniors

decisions, so the student is allowed to show/provide acceptance letters as
proof of enrollment at a later date.

ROTC Scholarship

physical ability to be assessed.
Obligation: For those midshipmen
attending college and NROTC on an NROTC Scholarship, the following military
service obligations apply:
Navy Option midshipmen (does not include
Nurses or Marines) starting their freshman year of college in the Fall of 2010
or later will be required to serve a minimum of five years of active military
service. Additional requirements may be required for specific job
assignments.
Marine Corps Option midshipmen will be
required to serve at least four years on active duty.

Memorial Scholarship Award
Eligibility: Graduating high school seniors
with a minimum senior year GPA of 2.5.

higher education, a 300 – 500 word essay on a distinguished Buffalo Soldier,
two letters o recommendation, and a letter of acceptance from a postsecondary
educational institution.

#Davidson Fellows
Eligibility: To be eligible for consideration as a Davidson Fellow, applicants must
· Be 18 or younger as of Oct. 1, 2017.
· Be a U.S. citizen residing in the United States, or a Permanent Resident of the United States residing in the United States, or be stationed overseas due to active U. S. military duty.
· There is no minimum age for eligibility.
· The Davidson Institute is looking for students whose projects are at, or close to, the college graduate level with a depth of knowledge in their particular area of study. This scholarship is not geared toward students at the novice level.
· Davidson Fellows must be available to attend, with at least one parent or guardian, the awards reception and other recognition events to be held in September in Washington, D.C. (Travel expenses and lodging will be provided by the Institute.)
Project Criteria: Scholarships are awarded on the basis of significant work in the following categories—STEM—Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics; Humanities—Literature, Music, Philosophy, Outside the Box. Significant work is an accomplishment that experts in the field recognize as meaningful and has the potential to make a positive contribution to society. Such work may be:
