Badger Foundation Adriana Herman Scholarship
Eligibility:
THMS Senior graduating in 2017
Attending a college or university for 2017-2018 school year, interested in Education or Social Sciences
Minimum GPA of 2.5
Be the first person in your family to attend college.
Requirements: Application, essay, two letters of recommendation, and official high school transcript.

Badger Foundation Donald Pitt Scholarship
Eligibility:
THMS Senior graduating in 2017
Attending four-year college or university full time in 2017-2018
Demonstrate financial need by providing evidence that you qualify for free or reduced-price lunch
Minimum GPA of 3.0 (high school)
Requirements: Application, resume showing community involvement, extracurricular activities and interests during high school, and two letters of recommendation.
Amount: $1,000

Foster Care to Success Scholarship
Eligibility: Have been in foster care or orphaned while living in the U.S. See the website for specifics on what counts as foster care or orphaned.
Amount: $2,500 - $5,000

Maria L. Urquides Scholarship
Eligibility: Seniors at Tucson High who were promoted from Lynn-Urquides Elementary School or Davis Bilingual Learning Center who plan to attend a public college or university within the state of Arizona as a full-time student.
Requirements: Submit the application with your personal statement and a letter of recommendation from a teacher, your school counselor, or coach.

Community Foundation of Southern Arizona General Scholarships
Eligibility: 
Students graduating in 2017 from a high school in Cochise, Pima and Santa Cruz counties, as well as parts of Yuma, Pinal, Greenlee counties that are south of the Gila River
Planning to go to a college or university full-time
Have a 2.5 or higher GPA.
Amount: $3,000 for 4-year university, and $1,000 for 2-year college or vocational school

EEF/Pima CC Foundation Moving Forward Scholarship
Eligibility: 
Tucson Unified School District seniors who graduate in December 2016 or May 2017.
Planning to attend Pima Community College only.
Students who have clearly demonstrated the desire and skill to succeed personally and academically.
Amount: $1,000

Funk/Cordell Education Fund Scholarship
Eligibility: 
Tucson Unified School District seniors who graduate in December 2016 or May 2017.
Planning to attend any public Arizona college or university
Must pursue a major in math, science or engineering.

Kenneth Paulin Memorial Scholarship
Eligibility: 
Tucson Unified School District seniors who graduate in December 2016 or May 2017.
Planning to attend an accredited Arizona college, university or trade school.
Students who clearly demonstrate a passion for learning and an aptitude for math, science, engineering, and/or the automotive arts.
Intend to pursue post-secondary studies related to automotive technology, transportation, alternative energy/fuels or related engineering fields.
Amount: $2,000

Pauline Miguel Scholarship
Eligibility: Graduating high school seniors at Ajo High School, Baboquivari High School, Cholla Magnet High School, Desert View High School, Pueblo High School, Tucson High School, Sunnyside High School.
Details of the Award:
Recipients will be selected on an objective basis with preference given to descendants of and/or members of the Tohono O’Odham Nation
Selection is based on financial need and potential for academic achievement
The scholarship will be awarded for one year (nonrenewable)
Applicants must generally be planning on enrolling full-time (12 units)

Bob Beaty Foundation Tucson, Arizona All Sports
Eligibility: 
Graduating student-athletes from any Tucson, Arizona high school
Reflects the true spirit of athletics by demonstrating loyalty, integrity, determination and leadership skills which invoke a sense of fairness and justice
Values the importance of a team and each of its members
Contributes to the well-being of their school and community
Letters their senior year
Minimum 3.5 GPA
Has been accepted to a post-secondary educational institution and is not the recipient of a full academic or athletic scholarship

2017 HonorsGradU Multimedia Scholarship
Eligibility: Graduating high school seniors planning on applying, attending, or already accepted to a college or university in the U.S. All United States students are eligible.
Requirements: High school seniors can apply in any or all of the 4 high school categories (art, creative writing, music, or photography), but there will only be one scholarship awarded per person. Your project must be original & creative! No plagiarism will be tolerated!

2017 HENAAC Scholarship
Eligibility: 
Graduating high school seniors who intend to pursue a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) degree at an accredited college/university in the U.S.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Be of Hispanic descent or demonstrate strong leadership or service within the Hispanic community
The majority of scholarships offered under the HENAAC Scholars Program require U.S. citizenship. However, a few sponsors require U.S. residency or do not have a citizenship requirement. All students are encouraged to apply.

Pima IME Access Scholarship/Grant
Eligibility: 
Minimum 3.0 GPA in the semester preceding each term awarded.
Americans of Mexican origin and Mexican immigrants with financial need
Admitted Pima Community College student enrolled in classes for Summer 2017
Requirements: 
Application must be completed on the computer, and sent by e-mail to pcc.ime.becas@gmail.com
Submit scanned ID, unofficial transcripts with most recent GPA, and JPG photo with descriptive title of you doing some service to others with your application.
Answer short answer essay questions, and submit with your application.

Eligibility: 
Outstanding female student who is planning a career in the field of computer science and/or computer programming.

Eligibility: Anyone who has a creative slant of mind and has something innovative to contribute through their ability to write compelling content.

Eligibility: 
Women interested in pursuing a career in law nationwide.

Pima Community College Foundation Scholarships
Eligibility: Seniors planning on attending Pima Community College Fall 2017 .
Requirements: Complete on-line application and mail transcripts. The application will match you with up to 20 available scholarships based on your information.

SCW Academic Scholarship
Eligibility: Applicant must be a high school senior or recent graduate seeking a degree. Must have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0. No citizenship requirement.
Requirements: Complete online application. Although not required, applicants are encouraged to submit recommendation letters and/or resumes to substantiate their application. Applicant will be required to demonstrate both their merit and their need for this scholarship.

SCW DREAMers Scholarship
Eligibilty: Immigrant under the age of 25, entered the United States before age 16, have lived continuously in the country for at least five years, have not been convicted of a felony, a “significant” misdemeanor, or three other misdemeanors. Applicant must plan to attend college by fall semester 2016. Must have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0. No citizenship requirement.
Requirements: Complete online application. A transcript must be attached to application for consideration. Applicant must submit an un-opened copy of official transcripts if selected as a finalist. Although not required, applicants are encouraged to submit recommendation letters and/or resumes to substantiate their application. Applicant will be required to demonstrate both their merit and their need for this scholarship.

Carol M. Lyons Scholarship
Eligibility:
Graduating high school seniors from Tucson Unified School District
Minimum 2.5 GPA

Demonstrate unmet financial need (total cost of college expenses minus FAFSA and all scholarships and grants received)
Demonstrate participation of a minimum of 100 hours of community service activities during middle/high school years.

The Barbara Mandigo Kelly Peace Poetry Awards is an annual series of awards to encourage poets to explore and illuminate positive visions of peace and the human spirit.
